TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN!
When I first subscribed with the streamyx, my first concern was about the bills. I have asked the installer of my streamyx and he assured me that I would receive a monthly bill for my convenient to pay at the nearest booth.
True enough I had been receiving my bills frequently but since the hari raya holidays I have not had received my bills yet. I assumed that because of the festivities, my bills were overlooked and did not bother to inquire about it but now it is coming to its fourth month.
I should be grateful if you could advice me how to go about paying my monthly subscription fee without a bill. Credit card is out of question or going to the TM payment counter is too far for me. I use to pay at the post office counter which is the nearest and convenient for me.

I appreciate the excellence service rendered by streamyx to me. I do not want anything to hamper such services by delayed payment of my dues. So come on streamyx do justice to your faithful subscribers.
